Book a free design consultation— appointments are available Monday to Saturday.

2. Bring Your Plans

For kitchen renovations, we just need a basic sketch of your existing floor plan, with window and door placements (and their measurements) and a few photos of your current kitchen space.

For new build kitchens, you can bring your floorplans - whether they are at concept stage or consented or anywhere between!

Your designer will use these to create a detailed layout in our 3D design software.

3. No obligation Consultation

Sit down with your Palazzo kitchen designer to:

Talk through your must-haves

Explore colour palettes and finish options.

Try out drawer and door styles in our showroom.

Discuss what your project budget is so we can ensure we work to budget.

Then, leave it in the hands of your experienced designer!

4. Concept Design

Within 1–2 weeks, we’ll invite you back to view your photo-realistic

3D design.

Love what you see? We’ll refine your design together, until you’re ready for a site measure and to give the green light.

5. Installation

Once your cabinetry is in production:

We’ll stay in close touch leading up to install.

Our in-house installation team handles everything.

We can assist with full project management, or as much as you need.

We coordinate all elements — benchtops, sinks, taps, appliances, and more.

Sarah's passion lies in crafting calming, inviting environments where every detail is thoughtfully considered. Sarah takes great pride in transforming ordinary kitchens into exceptional spaces that truly feel like home.

PIETA FLETCHER

Pieta is a fully qualified interior designer, with 13.5 years experience as a kitchen designer, 8.5 of those working for Palazzo.

Pieta's collaborative approach and her ability to truly listen to her clients and understand their unique needs helps her craft designs that reflect her client's lifestyle - and practical needs. Pieta has a flair for creating modern spaces that leave a lasting impact.

AMANDA KINGSTON

Amanda is a fully qualified interior designer, with 25 years of kitchen design experience, 12 of those working for Palazzo. Amanda's clients comment on how easy she makes the process, bringing their ideas into a practical reality to create their dream kitchen.
