immediately greeted and given professional advise and within 3 days I had new kitchen plans in a 3D format so I was visually able to see my dream kitchen come to life. This had me sold. Pieta was so friendly, helpful and professional with great ideas and I immediately felt I was in good hands. From start to finish the team were attentive, put my mind at ease and helped everything come to life. The product is outstanding. It took 3 months for it to arrive from Germany and there were updates all the way , so it is very true when they say “all good things come to those that wait” It was certainly worth it. The installation by Blair was second to none, he worked tirelessly by himself to get it installed pulling some very long hours to get the job done. I highly recommend Palazzo kitchens to anyone that wants their dreams to come true with an exceptional product and experience made easy.
